چکیده
Salinity-induced changes in the protein profiles in Rhizobium sp. exhibited alterations in proteins, which either showed an enhanced rate of synthesis or a decline in the levels as compared with controls. The in vitro and in vivo Rhizobium of Cajanus Cajan plant produced high amount of protein from halophillic glyphosate (Hg) as compared to the Normal (N) plant. The proteomic diversity contributes the variation between the same species; its in vitro and in vivo protein profile contributes the isolated salt and herbicide tolerant Rhizobium sp. produced proteins to adapt in such stress conditions. The possible relationship between the rhizobial protein production & legume rhizobia symbioses related to stress is discussed.

Structural and Biophysical Characterization of Cajanus cajan Protease Inhibitor
CONTEXT A large number of studies have proven that Protease inhibitors (PIs), specifically serine protease inhibitors, show immense divergence in regulation of proteolysis by targeting their specific proteases and hence, they play a key role in healthcare. OBJECTIVE We aimed to access in-vitro anticancer potential of PI from Cajanus cajan (CCPI). Also, crystallization of CCPI was targetted al...
متن کاملIn-vitro and In-vivo Evaluation of Silymarin Nanoliposomes against Isolated Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus
Staphylococcus aureus is an opportunistic pathogen and remains a common cause of burn wound infections. Different studies have shown that entrapment of plant-derived compounds into liposomes could increase their anti-Staphylococcus aureus activity. Silymarin is the bioactive extract from the known plant Silybum marianum L. The objective of this study was to evaluate efficacy of silymarin in fre...

متن کاملCharacterization of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria associated with chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)
Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are known to influence plant growth by various direct or indirect mechanisms. In search of efficient PGPR strains with multiple activities, a total of 150 bacterial isolates belonging to Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Azotobacter and Rhizobium were isolated from different rhizospheric soil of chick pea in the vicinity of Allahabad. These test isolates were bi...
متن کاملAnti-oxidative protection against iron overload-induced liver damage in mice by Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp. leaf extract.
In view of the contribution of iron deposition in the oxidative pathologic process of liver disease, the potential of 70% methanolic extract of C. cajan leaf (CLME) towards antioxidative protection against iron-overload-induced liver damage in mice has been investigated. DPPH radical scavenging and protection of Fenton reaction induced DNA damage was conducted in vitro. Post oral administration...
